Victoria Piteo

APA Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Meet Victoria, her APA Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Never taking herself too seriously, Victoria is best described as witty, loyal and a lot of fun.

Victoria’s specialty is sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and return to sport/activity exercise prescription. She loves to meet new clients and hear about their unique journeys and concerns. She is especially passionate about helping facilitate people’s return to hobbies and sport.

Having worked as a sports and musculoskeletal physio for over 10 years now, Victoria has a wealth of experience. Not only has she worked in both clinical and educational settings, she’s also been a physio to many sporting teams including the SA Football Team, the SA Women’s Hockey Team, The Fulham United Senior Women’s Team and the Matilda’s Football club (Australia women’s national soccer team)—whom she also played for!

Victoria studied a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia and is currently a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She was also a SA Committee Representative for Sports Physiotherapy Australia for four years running.

When not at her, Victoria loves to travel (well at least she used to). Her favourite way to kill time is researching the best hotels, places to see and restaurants to dine at when on holidays. But these days she’s more likely to be found eating out or spending time with her family.
