Rebecca (Bec) Small

Women’s Health Nurse

Rebecca’s passion for Women’s Health nursing is driven by a unique opportunity to support, educate, advocate for and empower women through every stage of life. Women’s Health is a field that combines clinical knowledge with deep connection, trust and holistic care – often during some of the most vulnerable, transformative and overlooked moments in a woman’s journey.

She is driven by a commitment to improve health outcomes, normalise important conversations and help women feel informed, supported and confident. Her role as Women’s Health Nurse at Her is incredibly meaningful to me, to work in a field I am so deeply passionate about is a great privilege.

Her offers patients a dedicated, compassionate and collaborative space where they can feel seen and heard. Patients receive personalised care and guidance uniquely tailored to their stage of life and health goals.

The outstanding services provided by Her are designed with a strong focus on improving wellbeing and quality of life and offer the highest quality continuity of care and patient-centred health planning. Being able to deliver the care I am so passionate about, alongside the team at Her is a great honour.

Outside of work, she is a loving wife and mum of three children. She doesn’t miss a day at the gym, and has recently found a new love of Hot Mat Pilates. Bec loves getting dressed up and trying new restaurants.

Others would describe Bec as compassionate, driven, and deeply committed to her cause. She is passionate, approachable, and authentic. She always strives to balance knowledge and professionalism with warmth, and values genuine connection, shared commitment, advocacy and innovation.
