Kelly Pearce

Meet Kelly, her Client Experience extraordinaire.

Kelly can best be described as caring, honest and quite forward (but with a big heart). She’s a great listener with an empathic nature, always putting others before herself.  

Working in customer service for many years Kelly has strong interpersonal and communication skills which help her shine here at her. She takes pride in her ability to give clients her full attention and gain a greater understanding of their needs through her hands-on approach. 

As a mum of four girls (Mikayla 14, Madison 11, Sadie 7 and Billie 4) and with her eldest being born with a rare Chromosome abnormality as well as being diagnosed with an intellectual disability and significant health complications, Kelly has gained quite an understanding of special needs and differences. She feels her family’s experience has helped shape her into the woman and mother she is today.

When not at her, Kelly enjoys shopping, campervanning, cooking and anything to do with interior decorating (including the current renovating of her family’s home). She also loves beach walks and describes her alone time as her guilty pleasure.
