Angela Stradwick

Meet Angela, her Dietitian and Nutritionist.
Angela can best be described as approachable, friendly and as someone who always takes the time to understand her client’s individual needs.
Specialising in fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding and early life nutrition, Angela’s passions are helping people understand and achieve good early life nutrition and understanding the role that nutrition and lifestyle factors can play in improving the health and wellbeing of women and children.
Angela studied a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University as well as completing her Post Graduate Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Melbourne. Angela is a member of Dietitian’s Australia and Monash University trained in The Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable bowel Syndrome, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and in Food as Medicine for Fertility and Pregnancy.
Angela’s prior experience includes time at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital here in Adelaide, as well as London’s Harley Street, Guy’s Hospital and St Thomas’ Evelina Children’s Hospital in London. She co-founded Bloom Nutrition Studio and has also worked in a variety of clinical and educational settings including community consultation, government policy and education and training.
When not at her, Angela is kept busy as a mum of four young children. She loves good food, good wine and active time outdoors with her family and friends.
